- We provide a clear quote before any work begins. You'll know what the job costs upfront — no surprise charges, no upselling. If we can't help, we'll tell you and point you to someone who can.
- Do you come to my home or do I bring the computer to you?
- We come to you. We do on-site visits throughout Palm Beach County — including Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach, and Lake Worth. We don't accept drop-offs or have a physical storefront.
- Can you help with Apple computers and iPhones?
- Yes — we work with both Mac and PC, plus iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. Most software issues we can fix on either platform.
- What if my computer can't be repaired?
- We'll tell you honestly. If a repair isn't worth the cost, we'll say so and help you transfer your data to a new device — including recommending what to buy if you'd like.
- Do you offer ongoing tech help or just one-time appointments?
- Both. Some clients use us for a single repair, others book monthly check-ins. Group workshops can be scheduled as one-off sessions or as a recurring series.
